stayed at courtyards for 7 nights, and it was a nice overall experience. the lobby and bar were super inviting. I loved the main pool. it was spacious and perfect for laps. staff were incredibly accommodating and helpful, especially with my check-in process.

The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the beach and the International Market. The pool area is lovely, and the shower pressure was excellent, with great-smelling eucalyptus lavender toiletries. However, rooms are quite small and the noise from the busy street can be disruptive, especially on the lower floors. Additionally, mandatory valet parking can add to the costs, and it’s frustrating to deal with staff changing radio settings in vehicles.

Good for a brief stay

We stayed for a week, and honestly, it had its highs and lows. The pool area was awesome for hanging out, and the little bar was a nice touch. But our room had a wet smell, and valet parking is crazy expensive. It can get super loud too, so bring earplugs if you want some sleep.

My experience at this hotel was extremely frustrating. I wasn't given clear instructions on where to find my room, leaving me confused and wandering the halls. Additionally, the breakfast situation was misleading since I thought it was included but found out I had to pay for vouchers. The noise levels were unbearable, and the air conditioning unit was loud, making it hard to relax. To top it all off, the doors did not seem secure, leaving me feeling anxious about safety.

I had a great time relaxing by the outdoor swimming pool and enjoying a soothing massage at the spa. The only hiccup was that the bathroom felt a bit cramped, but it didn't take away from my overall positive experience. I'd recommend checking out the rooftop terrace for some stunning sunset views! 🌅

The bar by the pool had a good vibe, but the seating area sometimes looked unkempt. I had high hopes for my room being newly updated but felt it missed the mark. The noise levels were bothersome, especially at night, which kept me from getting good rest. I ended up spending a bit more on parking than I anticipated, and the valet service was slow at times. All in all, there were enjoyable moments, but some aspects definitely need improvement.
